As a veteran special education teacher and certified Crisis Prevention Instructor with a Master’s Degree in Education, Grant has built his reputation on patience, communication, and a deep understanding of individual needs. Those same skills now serve him well in his role as a Realtor with Sulek & Experts Real Estate.

Grant continues to teach full-time while helping clients navigate the real estate market throughout the Ohio Valley. His approach is grounded in honesty, empathy, and follow-through — qualities that come naturally from decades in education. Whether guiding a first-time buyer, helping a family sell their home, or connecting someone to their next opportunity, Grant takes pride in making each step clear and stress-free.

With additional training in autism awareness, conflict de-escalation, and mental health support, Grant brings an uncommon level of understanding to his work. He knows how to listen, stay calm under pressure, and advocate for his clients’ best interests — always with professionalism and care.
